- with other technology centers and other science and technology organizations to meet the needs of the E-governance program
- Provide objective analysis of biometric technologies (i.e., strengths and weaknesses)
- Perform robust testing and evaluation for leverage for biometric applications to specific operational use case
- Formalize biometric technology assessments to inform or rationalize technology acquisitions
- Identify common biometric capability gaps across components and stakeholders
- Leverage public and private sector expertise and relationships to identify innovative solutions that address the diversity of demographics and human systems integration on biometric collection and matching process performance
